Tip 1 - Training your mentality.
The great way to start improving your daily life is through the seeds of your body… and that is your mind.
It's not only your body you have to keep in good shape, but your brain as well. And just like your body, your mind requires regular workout.
It can be as complicated as learning a new language, or something as simple as playing games that tests the minds, like crossword puzzles or chess!
Tip 2 - Snooze…
No, not sleeping everyday. But as simple as getting into bed early… and having enough sleep for the night. You might notice that as you get older, your mind starts to get a little more wonky than usual, especially after waking up from a nap / sleep. This is the result of lack of sleep, and can very well affect your daily life if you don't do something about it.
Tip 3 - A Healthy Diet?
Yes, a healthy diet. Now, we’re not saying that you need to go on a full blown athlete style meal course, but maybe cut down on fried food intake or sugary consumables. You will be surprised at how much “older” your body will feel if you neglect this in the long run!
Tip 4 - Stop harming yourself!
Unhealthy bodily consumables are an extreme no-no if you want to have a prolonged healthy life. If you are a smoker, try to stop as it can seriously hurt your older days. Also, As soon as 24 hours after you stop smoking, Johns Hopkins doctors say you start to decrease your risk of heart related failure.
Tip 5 - Exercise!
No need to hit the gym if that’s not your type of thing. Take a jog outside, or walk at your own pace. Do daily push ups to keep the muscle active. Simple movements in the body helps to tell your body to keep staying strong!
