Job Description

We are looking to add into our Power Team: A Sales cum Customer Service Executive who is good at numbers, attentive to details , able to Assist and provide effective solution to customers' issues and contribute to team effort with ideas, energy and willingness to do what it takes.

As our sales team member, you’ll pick up marketing insights, negotiation skills, persuasive speaking and technical skills. As a customer service team member, we can guarantee you the opportunity to build up your strong communication abilities, problem solving and people handling skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform good telesales skills in Pre-event Invitation and Post-event sales follow-up or any sales enquiry to close sale deals.
  • Handle correspondences through email, social media, and by phone & effectively relay extensive product information to customers
  • Responsible to ensure and monitor the payments from customers to achieve monthly collection targets set.
  • To Support online and physical events/programs to build up good rapport with existing or potential customers.
  • Contributing to, and developing, marketing strategies and plans to achieve the sales target as agreed.
  • Maintain a good rapport and provide good services (obtain feedback, collection, refund and advices) and support to existing customers group /account assigned to for long term relationship
  • Work closely and liaise well with other departments to ensure communications is always updated, timely and collaborates with marketing/support efforts.
