Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and develop design
concepts and video storyboards that effectively communicate the desired message.
Be prepared to attend and support company events as videographer or in other capacity.
Optimize graphics and video content for social media platforms. Select and manipulate images,
audio, and video footage to create compelling visuals and cohesive video content.
Ensure brand consistency by following brand guidelines and maintaining a unified visual style
across all designs, videos and presentations.

Role Requirements:

Advanced knowledge and command over Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effect.
Knowledge of other software will be a plus, no judgements, as long as quality work is produced.

Job Description:

Assist in conveying interesting messages and conversion in sales by creating graphics/motions impression to the market.

Job Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to ensure brand coherency and consistency across all creative output.
Ensure the artworks produced is relevant and convertible rather than ONLY focusing on aesthetic.
Creating 2D designs for Social media posts, E-mail draft, Website design and Facebook ads using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
Collaborate closely with Copywriting team to ensure text messages in the artwork is aligned and able to convey the message more efficiently.

Able to learn new ways to speed up the workflow, including using Canva, software and shortcuts.

We understand that copywriting requires loads of thinking and concentration (we’ll give you space!) but our copywriter will need to work with others from different departments to better understand project expectations, produce content with the needs of event/project in mind, participate in the brainstorming process, and conduct research to develop or support writing.

You should also be prepared to pick up marketing jargons, strategies and understand the interrelated relationship of Copywriting & Marketing to carry out a successful job as part of the team.

Major Job Scopes:

Work closely with Senior writers and Marketing Department to identify, brainstorm and prepare new marketing campaigns on regular basis.
Write, proofread and edit related materials to ensure the quality of standard is upheld and rectified of any errors and/or misleading content.
Measures and reports performance of digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Identifies trends and insights and stay updated on current trends and competitors within the marketing/writing fields related to the Company’s sphere.
