Veronica Tan
Now in her 70s, Veronica has lived a life that most people could only dream of building. More than 35 years ago, she joined forces with her husband, Richard Tan to co-found Success Resources — driven by a bold shared vision: to bring world-class education and personal development to people everywhere. What followed was nothing short of extraordinary. Together, they grew the company into the world's largest seminar promoter, reaching more than 30 countries and impacting millions of lives through transformational programs in financial education and personal growth.
Honored with the Global Woman Inspiration Award and named among Titanium Magazine's Top 50 Global Inspirational Women to Watch in 2025, Veronica has spent decades proving that purpose-driven leadership leaves no ceiling intact. And still, she continues to give.
In 2024, she launched her debut book, People Often Ask Me — a deeply personal and powerfully honest reflection of the wisdom she has gathered across a lifetime of building, leading, and believing in others.

Vivien Leow
In her 60s, Vivien stands as a powerful bridge between cultures, ideas, and opportunities. Armed with more than two decades of business experience and an unwavering belief in the transformative power of knowledge, she stepped onto the Chinese mainland in 2011 determined to expand Success Resources' presence in the region.
Guided by her motto—wisdom, courage, faith, love, and gratitude—Vivien continues her mission of connecting East and West, bringing the world's most influential voices to Asia while sharing Chinese culture and entrepreneurial spirit with the world.
With no formal Mandarin education, Vivien rebuilt herself from the ground up—learning the language, navigating a new culture, and forging meaningful connections that would bring global thought leaders and life-changing education to China. Through resilience, wisdom, and bold leadership, she has helped guide countless entrepreneurs beyond their comfort zones and onto the world stage.
June Yoon
June, in her 50s, has dedicated twenty-five years to transforming purpose into profound impact. She discovered her calling at Success Resources, a place built on integrity and a mission that resonated deeply with her, fostering a community she now calls family.
Today, as the Country Manager for the Eurasian region, encompassing Europe, the UK, and Western Asia, June is a pivotal member of the executive team. She helps orchestrate over 500 events annually across 37 countries, including programs like the Millionaire Mind Intensive, which has reimagined futures for more than 12 million attendees.
Her story powerfully illustrates that the most impactful leaders are not those who avoid falling, but those who consistently rise, bringing countless others along with them on a journey of transformation.
