If you don’t know already…
Our past experiences are our greatest tutor.
It helps to review our skills and review it’s effectiveness…
...rather than carrying on doing things the same old way.
It is about questioning in a positive way, in deciding what to do next and how to improve on things.
It is a vital part of learning.
Think of it as cooking.
You would change the recipe if something is not right, correct?
Same goes for our habits and growth.
We must adjust and question ourselves whether there’s a much more efficient way of doing things in the future.
Just in case you’re not sure where to start, ask yourself these questions:
What are my strengths and weaknesses?
What skills am I good at?
What problems are affecting me at work / home?
What are my achievements?
What makes me happy… and what makes me disappointed and sad?
What can I do to improve these areas?
Although self-reflection is not easy at first, it will ensure that the end result could be a happier and more efficient you.
