The Heartbeat of Every Transformation
There are women who lead from the front — and there are women who hold everything together from within. Both kinds of leadership matter. Both kinds of dedication build empires. At Success Resources, both have always existed side by side, quietly weaving the fabric of a company that has changed millions of lives across the globe.
This final chapter of our International Women's Month series celebrates Ten women who have given between eight and seventeen years of their lives to a mission they believe in deeply. They are finance leaders and project managers, marketers and accounts supervisors, warriors and homemakers. Together, they represent something no headline can fully capture: the quiet, unstoppable power of women who choose to stay.
Cheryl Tan
Accounts Supervisor, Malaysia
17 Years of Service
For Cheryl , her seventeen years at Success Resources are defined by people and purpose. It always felt more than a job; it was a place where relationships thrived and the mission of changing lives globally gave meaning to every effort. This shared purpose fostered a deep sense of belonging, a feeling she says makes it hard to leave.
Cheryl's most memorable moments aren't grand highlights, but the collective experience of building successful events as a team. The long hours, the pressure, the unseen work — all culminate in a quiet, shared look of accomplishment. This deep, understated satisfaction is her reward.
Even during the constant uncertainty of the pandemic, Cheryl stayed. She believed in resilience and the enduring mission, adapting as formats changed. Her one word for Success Resources: Growth. Growth in participants, in teams, and most profoundly, in herself.

Peggy Chan
CFO, Singapore
12 Years of Service
Peggy did not come to Success Resources looking for a title. She came looking for meaning. Before SR, she had mastered products and systems — but the human part was missing. The part where you actually see lives change. When she found that at Success Resources, everything else followed naturally.
What many don't know: Peggy's journey began before she ever joined — as a participant at the Millionaire Mind Intensive. Something a speaker said that day landed deep, and shortly after, she was invited to interview. She joined not just as an employee — but as someone aligned with a calling.
Over sixteen years, Peggy's growth came from observation — watching leaders lead, seeing how people were trained, inspired, and encouraged. She witnessed faith lived out consistently. When the hardest season came — COVID, disappearing revenue, painful goodbyes — she held the line, choosing faith over fear and commitment over comfort.
"Not just for customers. Not just for the team. For her. Sixteen years on, she does not see her story as coincidence. She sees it as calling."

Aida
Project Manager, Malaysia
14 Years of Service
Aida joined Success Resources in 2009 at 50 years old, an age when many consider slowing down. Her first exposure to the Millionaire Mind Intensive in London sparked a new energy and purpose. She found herself drawn to the vibrant community and the profound scale of impact, compelling her to stay and contribute.
Her commitment for 14 years was fueled by the people she served and the invaluable mentorship she received. Guided by her mentor June, Aida grew from customer service to sales, embracing increasing responsibility. She genuinely loves connecting with customers, helping them navigate challenges, and supporting their journey forward, always prioritizing genuine care over mere transactions.
"Never assume, never judge, always respond with respect."
This profound lesson stems from a memorable encounter at an event in Belgium. Aida's calm and respectful approach defused a potentially awkward situation with a participant, reinforcing her belief in the power of quiet, empathetic service. She found purpose at 50, thrived on trust, and remains at Success Resources, a place she truly belongs.

Fay Wan
Customer Service Manager, China
14 Years of Service
Fay believes service is a heartfelt commitment, not a checklist. For 14 years, she's brought peace of mind to students, navigating complex visa and travel logistics, even when facing deeply personal challenges. Her dedication ensures others can pursue life-changing experiences.
During a massive Tony Robbins event coordinating 1,400 Chinese attendees, Fay, heavily pregnant, worked tirelessly. Her daughter's birth on December 9, 2017, coincided with urgent student messages, making it an unforgettable moment. Just four days postpartum, she was back responding to queries, driven by the profound gratitude of students.
"Service is using your own light to illuminate the path for others as they move toward what they love."

Vincy Tay
Finance Manager – Group, Singapore
12 Years of Service
For Vincy, twelve years at Success Resources felt natural, anchored by strong leadership, a collaborative spirit, and a culture of support, trust, and growth. These values fostered deep loyalty and commitment.
Her most cherished experiences are the company's Annual Meetings, which unite the global team and reinforce Success Resources as a community built on shared purpose. Through challenging transitions, Vincy's resilience only strengthened.
"Her one word for Success Resources? Home."

Shirley Zhang
Sales Director, China
12 Years of Service
Shirley Zhang’s journey began with a green, old-style train ticket. In her third year of university, she traveled alone to Shanghai, searching for a future. Near the Shanghai Indoor Stadium, she found a recruitment notice for Success Resources — a decision that would define her career.
This was her first job, and twelve years flew by, anchored not by comfort, but by shared values. A united, positive team culture and a mission to witness profound change kept her dedicated. She saw countless students transform, realizing they were part of crucial turning points in others’ lives.
Her most meaningful season was around 2015, balancing Tony Robbins events with studying for her driver's license and undergraduate degree. Many mornings started at 5 a.m. for practice, rushing back to work. Earning her Bachelor's from East China Normal University proved growth is continuous.
In 2024, the first MMI financial literacy program in China deeply moved her, drawing over 800 participants. Families learned together, reinforcing the impact. Her one word for Success Resources:
Focus.

Jessie Jin
Event Manager, China
11 Years of Service
Jessie Jin joined Success Resources in 2013. After a brief departure, she returned, recognizing it as the best career decision she's made. In 2014, she helped organize the first Tony Robbins event in Shanghai for over 10,000 participants. Her team of three managed venue setup and coordination under tight timelines, overcoming nonstop challenges with unwavering teamwork.
Every event brought new stories, but the constant was the team's shared mission and collective pride. Jessie's greatest growth has been a mindset shift: becoming more grounded, resilient, and open to challenges.
Mission.
Here, mission always comes first, with partners working like comrades toward a shared direction.

Lillian He
Finance Executive, China
10 Years of Service
Lillian He joined Success Resources finding stability and quiet fulfillment, discovering a culture that champions continuous growth. Her journey wasn't about routine comfort, but embracing new challenges that revealed her hidden strengths.
A major breakthrough came in 2017 during a large Robert Kiyosaki event in Guangzhou. Despite barely sleeping for two days, its smooth execution proved her capabilities. In 2024, facing the rapid expansion of Millionaire Mind Intensive in China, she overcame anxiety, supported by leadership, to even join the AV team—a role she once thought impossible.
"Her one word for Success Resources is Unity."
Lillian emphasizes the rare trust and coordination among long-standing team members. Her message to new colleagues: "Success Resources is a very warm place. Feel it. And pass that warmth on to others. You do not have to stand at the front to be remembered. As long as you do your work carefully and sincerely, time will remember you."

Vivian Lai
Assistant Project Manager, Malaysia
9 Years of Service
Vivian's journey at Success Resources began with a trial by fire: the Enlightened Warrior Training Camp. It was there, just one month into her new role, that she truly grasped the mission: changing lives through education. This intense experience became the foundation of her dedication.
Nine years later, from new recruit to Assistant Project Manager, Vivian's focus remains clear. She has given her youth to a mission of empowering others, learning that aligning with this goal makes all the difference. It's a career and a community she proudly calls her own.

Charmaine Foong
8 Years of Service
Charmaine joined Success Resources as a Project Executive, quiet and reserved, working mostly behind the scenes. She didn't see herself as a leader or on stage. Eight years later, she has led cross-departmental teams, and built a confidence that came not from becoming louder, but from becoming steadier.
Her journey was shaped by deliberate discomfort: leading event crews, stepping into unfamiliar marketing territory, and public speaking when every instinct said to step back. But she said yes, every time, even while afraid. Each "yes" changed her, not because she became fearless, but because she learned she could move forward even while afraid.
Her one word for Success Resources: Life-changing. Her legacy is not natural confidence — it is willingness.
